This week is
Week THREE.
This week we
are working on our Oratory topics and will continue presenting these in class this
week. We will be looking more into Communication as part of our Social Sciences
unit. We are working on Measurement and Decimals for Maths. It is also
International Languages Week at Maeroa.
This week
there are two Evenings at Maeroa, Monday and Wednesday, for incoming Year 6
students and their whanau. If you know of someone who is going to Intermediate
next year encourage them to come to one of these evenings to see what Maeroa
can offer them. Thanks to Josh, Sage and Ayden who will be sharing their learning
in Maths on these evenings.
Inter
Intermediate Cross Country is on Tuesday – good luck to Sage who will be
representing our school at this event.
A busy week
ahead J
Remember to
keep bringing in your forms for our upcoming trip to MOTAT. These are due in by
Friday.
I hope that
you are focused on achieving the goals you have set for the second half of the
year and know exactly what you need to do to meet your goals. Remember to make
the most of the opportunities given to you.
PE &
ACTIVATE
Our PE days this year are TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY.
You are required to wear
your PE uniform for these sessions. We will also be going out for Activate on
Mondays and Thursdays, which means that your PE uniform should be at school 5
